My client based in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources processes, including experience with HRIS systems.
Duties
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy through effective data entry practices within HRIS platforms.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Provide support for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions in a timely manner.
Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives to promote employee growth.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition.
Requirements
Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry and managing sensitive information confidentially.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
CIPD (or working towards) Preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field desirable
£45,000 full time (prorated) for Part time
This role is Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 from home. MUST be in the office on a Tuesday and Thursday.
