We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a solid background in food and beverage service. This role involves supervising front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or culinary settings is highly desirable, along with a commitment to food safety and team management. The successful applicant will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while supporting the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house team members, including serving staff and hosts, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
Assist with food production tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
Manage reservations and optimise seating arrangements to maximise customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the dining area.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to all guests.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Experience in food service roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous.
Familiarity with culinary practices, food production, and kitchen operations.
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Leadership qualities combined with a friendly, professional demeanour.

Full Time 42 hours per week
Rota basis mix of Day/ Evening shifts
