Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader
My client based outside Thame is looking for an experienced Supervisor/ Team leader to join their company.
To oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient and safe workflow. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, coordaining tasks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement in operational standards.
Key Responsibility
Supervise, motivate, and support warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure all stock is handled accurately
Ensure warehouse cleaning and house keeping is maintained
Maintain accurate stock control through stock takes
Allocate work orders and over see picking accuracy
About You
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor/Team leader role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise workloads effectively
Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
A proactive and hands on approach
Forklift licence and driving experience
£32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
