Production Operative
Are you hardworking, reliable, and looking for a role within a busy food production environment? We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join my clients friendly and growing food manufacturing team.
The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in the preparation and production of high-quality food products. Duties will include:
Preparing and weighing ingredients accurately
Mixing and cooking ingredients to recipes and production specifications
Handling food products in line with hygiene and food safety standards
Lifting and moving heavy bags of flour and other ingredients
Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider production team as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous production, manufacturing, or food handling experience is beneficial but not essential
Ability to carry out manual handling and lift heavy bags
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
