Warehouse Manager
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse. This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards, and leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Supervising, motivating, and supporting a small team
• Overseeing goods in and goods out processes
• Managing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory levels
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Coordinating deliveries and dispatch schedules
• Identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse processes
• Handling any operational issues in a proactive and timely manner
• Delivering orders to local clients as and when required
Requirements
• Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or supervisory role
• Forklift Driver
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Loyal, trustworthy, and reliable
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Clean Driving licence
