Part-Time Temporary Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)
My client is looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis.
You’ll be responsible for handling customer enquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries and updating customer records.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
A friendly and professional manner
Good IT and administrative skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm 25 hours a week
£13.50 per hour
