Warehouse Team Leader
My client is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to help oversee the daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient and safe workflow. As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, coordinating tasks, maintaining inventory and driving continuous improvement in operational standards.
Duties
Supervise, motivate and support warehouse staff
Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance
Provide training, coaching and feedback to team members
Oversee stock, ensuring all stock is handled accurately and recorded
Ensure warehouse cleaning and housekeeping is maintained
Overseeing goods in
Maintaining stock control
Picking, packing and dispatch
Requirements
Previous experience as a warehouse team leader or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail
Forklift licence and driving licence
Benefits
Salary £32,000 - £34,000 DOE
