Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and resolve any complaints or issues with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
• Produce reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
About You:
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting, etc.).
• Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
