Warehouse Team Leader
My client is looking for a motivated and hands on Warehouse Team Leader. As Team Leader you would be resposible to over see the day to day operations of their warehouse while leading a team to achieve productivity, accuracy and targets.
Duties
Lead, motivate and support the team
Lead daily shift briefings
Pick, Pack and prepare customer orders
Oversee unloading of stock deliveries
Ensure health and safety procedures
Allocate work and monitor team performance
Train and mentor new and existing team members
Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse experience
Strong Leadership and communication skills
Experience in team leadership
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Good attention to detail
Monday - Friday full time salary up to £34,000
