Estimator / Office & Workshop Coordinator
Office & Workshop Coordinator
This is a varied hands-on role combining estimating, administration, customer service, basic accounts and workshop support. No two days are the same, so you’ll need to be happy getting involved wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing estimates and quotations
Preparing workshop job sheets and coordinating production
Organising deliveries and collections
Raising invoices and assisting with basic bookkeeping
General office administration and customer records
Ordering materials and supplies
Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
About You
Practical and happy working in both an office and workshop environment
Organised, reliable and proactive
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Previous estimating, administration or bookkeeping experience is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to the rural location
