Accounts Receivable & Office Administrator
Based in Long Crendon, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & Office Administrator to join their team. Responsible for supporting financial management and organisation as well as office processes and systems management, you will contribute to the smooth running of business operations. Whilst the main purpose of this role is in the finance team, you will also be the first point of contact for all visitors, answering incoming calls and perform office and facility duties. Strong administrative skills along with an excellent eye for detail are a must to be successful in this position. Along with a warm and friendly demeanour, prior experience in an accounts receivable role is required, alongside MS Office skills, and knowledge of SAP is an advantage. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with 1 hour for lunch. With an annual salary of 30k-32k, you will also receive a benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a discretionary bonus scheme, as well as free on-site parking.
