Claims Validator/Senior Claims Validator
Based in Aylesbury, my well-established client is looking for someone to join their claims team. This position will require exceptional negotiation skills and a talent for building strong relationships, along with a passion for collaborative team work. Reviewing and assessing submissions from a network of specialists will demand a high level of attention to detail and natural investigative qualities to ensure property is back at pre-loss condition as quickly as possible. Other responsibilities will include ensuring schedules are appropriate and efficient, liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers, and offering support and guidance to everyone within the network. Previous experience in claims validation or strong insurance experience is beneficial but not essential. Previous office experience is a requirement, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary is dependent on experience, with the Claim Validator band at 23,900 to 26,000 and Senior Claim Validator band at 27,000 to 30,000. Direct experience is required for the Senior position. Excellent benefits include 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a bonus scheme and opportunities for progression. This is a hybrid role for 37.5 hours per week, which may include Saturday mornings between 9am-1pm, and this will be working from home. (3 positions available).
