Part Time Receptionist/Administrator
My client is seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their team for 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), plus every other Saturday. You will work mainly in their premises in Thame and Haddenham but will need the ability to drive to Chinnor and Wendover on occasions. In this Part Time Receptionist/Administrator role you will be required to undertake general customer service duties including answering the telephone in a timely and friendly manner and taking messages as appropriate. Assisting with customer queries and greeting patients and visitors. You will also be required to undertake some administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining and updating customer records, advising on collections and deliveries, and diary management. This role will involve some cash handling responsibilities including cashing up tills at the end of the day. The successful candidate will have previous customer service and administration experience. A confident telephone manner and be computer literate. This can be a varied role so requires some flexibility in your approach to work, and the ability to multi-task. Working days are Tuesday, Thursday (08.30-17.45) and alternating Saturdays (08.30-17.00). It comes to an average of 20.25 hrs per week which is a salary of 13,078.26.
