Ecommerce Customer Service Representative
My client, based close to Thame, has an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team as an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative. In this key, customer-facing role, you will be dealing with pre and post-sale enquiries providing customers with advice in a friendly and professional manner. You will need to be sales-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about learning new things. Ideally you will be technically minded, with a Physics GCSE, however this isnt essential, as training will be provided. If you are a friendly and confident person with previous experience in customer service, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a small but busy and growing team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. My client is also offering a generous benefits package which include life assurance, 10% employer pension contribution, 25 days holiday and a discretionary annual bonus. Salary is 28-30k, depending on experience.
