Field Service Technician
My client is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join their team. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same! You値l be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of catering and hospitality equipment across the UK.
You値l play an integral part in ensuring customers receive exceptional service, keeping their equipment running efficiently and downtime to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs of catering and hospitality equipment nationwide.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults both on-site and over the phone.
Work within the company workshop when required to carry out in-house repairs and refurbishments.
Manage your own diary and workload, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.
Maintain accurate job records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with the internal team to communicate updates, parts requirements, and service outcomes.
Follow health and safety procedures and ensure all work meets compliance standards.
About You
Previous experience in a field service, maintenance, or technical role would be ideal but not essential.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised with strong time-management skills.
Willingness to travel nationwide, occasionally staying overnight when required.
Full UK driving licence.
