Katie is an experienced Business Development Executive, with a strong background in Recruitment and Executive Search. Expertise within Sales, Marketing, Negotiation and Business Planning. Having originally starting my recruitment career in Thame over 20 years ago I am excited to be back in Thame, helping local companies and applying my years of recruitment experience at Downtown Recruitment.

I'm incredibly passionate and proud of what we deliver to our candidates and clients, we understand peoples goals and values and help them to achieve them. Knowing that this is improving the clients and candidates lives is what drives me.

I am passionate about spending time with my family, enjoy going for country walks with our Rhodesian Ridgeback dog and love a nice dining experience. Looking to get back into fitness this year and complete some more triathlons!
