For permanent or contract staff no placement means no fee! We also provide competitive terms with a 12 week rebate period for permanent placements. In fact, we are so confident in selecting the right "permanent candidates" that we offer a 4 week 100% refund in the unlikely event that they don't work out*. Temporary staff provide flexibility to meet the demands of your business without commitment and at short notice. They can be provided for short term (as little as half a day) to long term assignments (several months). Employing temporary staff saves the administration around Employers National Insurance, Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Statutory Pension payments as we do all of that for you.

We have extensive local knowledge of the market, including local salary levels.

Advertising costs are included in our fee, so no extra charge to you.

Employment Legislation

We also undertake an annual compliance test / audit with the REC in which we score 100% repeatedly.
