His experience spans sales, coaching and business development, including running his own coaching business for over 20 years, where he supported individuals to achieve their goals and maximise their potential.

A people person through and through, Jon thrives on building connections and takes great pride in delivering an outstanding experience to everyone he works with. His positive attitude, enthusiasm and ability to understand people quickly make him a natural fit for the recruitment industry, where developing long-term relationships is at the heart of success.

Born and bred in Thame, Jon is well known across the local community and is passionate about supporting local businesses and candidates alike.
