Recruitment Co-ordinator

Salary: Negotiable, Permanent, Rural Nr Thame
My client is seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team, as part of their continued growth. In this role you will focus on different aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate and client management. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating internal resources, job postings and candidate applications; Scheduling meetings and interviews with clients and candidates; Loading clients and candidates onto their internal system; Supporting the website and social media accounts; Working with senior members of the team in sales, marketing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be: Highly organised and methodical in their approach to work; Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; The ability to multi task and prioritise your workload; Strong level of computer literacy, ideally with Mac; A genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally. You will be provided with extensive training to help you develop in your role. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Location: Rural on the outskirts of Thame. Salary 20K to 24K depending on skills and experience
