Salary: Negotiable, Permanent, Aylesbury
My client is seeking an experienced Receptionist for their prestigious, recently extended care home based in Buckinghamshire. They are offering the opportunity to work for a company that provide on-going training, development and a truly beautiful setting to work in. The Receptionist is a key role that can get very busy so you will need to be able to think on your feet, multi task and organise your workload appropriately. Key Duties: Greeting residents, relatives visitors with patience and attentiveness; Responding to telephone enquiries; Ability to organise, multi task, meet deadlines and work under pressure; Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Excellent spoken and written communication skills; Keeping the reception area clean and tidy; Attention to detail; Maintaining stationery and ordering supplies; Clerical and admin support to the management team. Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Competitive salary depending on skills and experience. Holiday 32 days including bank holidays.
