Part Time Sales Support Executive

Salary: Negotiable, Permanent, Long Crendon
My Long Crendon based client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Support Executive - International on a part time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a young, dynamic and fun business at a time of significant growth. Key Responsibilities: Providing support for the Head of International Sales, including compliance, product information, certificates; Ensuring export/import paperwork is accurate and in place; Supporting the Sales Support Manager and Sales Team with day to day administrative tasks; Running EPOS data reports; Upkeep of internal systems; Managing purchase orders; Despatching samples; Dealing with international distributors. The ideal candidate: Will have excellent IT skills; Be organised with good planning skills; Adhere to strict deadlines; Hardworking and versatile with excellent attention to detail; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner. Hours of working: Monday to Friday 4.5 hours a day. Salary 23K pro rata.
