My client is seeking a Membership Sales Executive to promote their services to local businesses, identify investment opportunities and increase member retention. You will effectively communicate the value and opportunities for members to become more engaged with membership, promote their services locally, get more business and support a vibrant and thriving local economy. Working as part of a team you will identify business and upsell opportunities. You will proactively call warm leads from the member database and introduce new packages. The ideal candidate: At least 12 months experience of outbound business/lead generation experience; Highly proactive and self-motivated; Ability to talk with ease to a range of entrepreneurs about their business needs; Totally committed to maintaining high levels of member satisfaction whilst gaining investment; Excellent communication skills and telephone manner; Car driver with business insurance; Excellent IT skills, confident in using usual business applications. Salary basic 20K plus performance based commission and annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional benefits.
