My Haddenham based client is seeking an Export Sales Administrator for their very busy office. You will be required to work flexibly, and assist or cover for other administrative staff on a regular basis. Responsibilities: Processing customers purchase orders; Processing quotations which involves detailed pricing and calculations; Processing and preparing customer orders, acknowledgements and order related updates; Daily liaising with factory regarding lead times and delivery updates; Handling customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner; Strong attention to detail; Additional duties include liaising with Credit Control concerning customer accounts, credit note requests etc. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, excellent telephone and interpersonal skills as well as good time management skills. A very strong and flexible team player is essential. Hours of work: 8.30am to 4.30pm. Salary competitive based on skills and experience.
