My manufacturing client based in Thame is seeking a Customer Services Manager to join their busy team. You will be managing a team of eight Account Administrators and Account Managers, and will be responsible for all reviews and appraisals. You will also be the prime contact for several major customer accounts, and will communicate with clients via phone, email and face to face meetings. You will be responsible for: Ensuring all orders are delivered to customers by the agreed delivery dates; Completing quotations and margin analysis; Agreeing final costings and lead times; Maintaining all regulatory paperwork; Updating internal systems; Certificates of conformity. The ideal candidate will have: Experience of working in a manufacturing environment, and able to suggest process improvements to improve the efficiency of the team; Will be supportive and driven, and able to develop the skillset of your team; Previous experience of managing a team; Experience of completing quotes and stock management for customers; Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills; Capable of dealing with customers through to director level; Well-versed in customer service good practices. Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm with half an hour for lunch Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm. Holiday: 25 days. Excellent salary depending on skills and experience.
