Job Purpose: To provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers by actively promoting their services to retain business. My client is seeking a versatile Customer Services Assistant to work as part of a team in a busy and challenging environment in the financial services sector. You will be taking customer orders over the phone and processing customer orders from other sources including letters, application forms and emails. You will also be resolving client queries. In order to succeed in this role you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills, accuracy and good interpersonal skills.2 A Levels or equivalent plus Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above are required for this role. Staff work on a rota basis, covering the hours of 8am to 6pm (shifts are 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6 and 12-8). Benefits include 25 days' holiday, private health care and pension scheme.
