My locally based client offers a range of services including MOTS, Car Servicing and Car Sales and Parts. They are seeking a full time Assistant to work in their Office. The role will involve customer services including answering the telephone and meeting and greeting customers. Administration duties will include invoicing, ordering parts and updating their in-house CRM system. The role requires good attention to detail, excellent customer services, good communication skills and the ability to multitask and deal with a busy workload. A good knowledge of Cars/and or interest in Cars is an advantage for this role. This is a small friendly team to work with. Hours will be Monday to Friday 8 - 5.30pm. Salary is negotiable according to experience.
