My client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Chef Manager-Contract catering for this full time in-house catering role in Swindon (No split shifts, weekends or evenings). The role will include: Managing a small team; Cooking quality fresh food from fresh ingredients; Strict compliance with company food policies and Health and Safety policies, and record keeping; Managing admin duties such as payroll, stocktaking, completing weekly accounts, ordering stock; Menu planning and organising regular theme days and events; Achieving company budget, whilst increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will have real passion and enthusiasm for great, fresh food and excellent craft skills; Previous experience of managing a small team; Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene and Health and Safety qualifications; Basic IT Skills; The ability to grow sales; A "can-do" attitude; Naturally outgoing and energetic with the ability to train and inspire . You should be a real people person, who is creative and innovative and keeps up to date with current food service trends. Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - there are no evenings or weekends. Salary 24K.
