My Thame based client is seeking a Project Administrator to assist in the delivery of projects, understanding the customers requirements and working with relevant departments to achieve them. Job Role: Provide strong administrative support and assistance in the creation and maintenance of project documentation; Collation of data, ensuring that it is fully completed and stored correctly; Tracking project financials; Ensuring change requests are tracked; Drive improvements in efficiency by continuous process review; Creation of supporting work instructions,tive experience; Educated to GCSE standard grades A-C including English Language; Knowledge of retail/hospitality/banking; Evidence of problem solving within a previous role; Preferably project delivery experience and a formal project qualification eg Prince2; Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload; Understanding of Access Dimensions. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. 20 days holiday rising to 25 days. Salary 20K to 22k depending on skills and experience.
