Service Operations Coordinator

My dynamic and vibrant client based in Bicester is looking for someone to join their Service Operations team in a full-time, permanent role. Core responsibilities include managing onboarding procedures, liaising with clients and candidates, and establishing a deep working knowledge of the software and in-house portal. Supporting consultants with day to day admin, you will also be managing timesheet information and cross checking financials so will require exceptional attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you must have strong IT skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritising workloads. A knowledge of compliance, time-sheeting and financial software is a strong advantage, as is prior support desk experience. You will be provided with training and development to help you excel in a challenging and rewarding team. With opportunities for future growth, along with hybrid working, this is a fantastic position for a self-motivated team player who is confident with a can-do attitude. Monday to Friday 9-5pm, basic salary of 25k, with OTE of 27-28k.
