Vehicle Dismantler

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Dismantler to work alongside the existing team based in Thame Oxfordshire. The role will involve the removal of car parts from a wide range of accident damaged vehicles in our busy modern workshop, for re-sale to the trade and general public. A good knowledge of modern vehicles would be an advantage. The essential qualities required for the role include are previous motor mechanics/body shop experience. Possession of your own set of tools. Forklift driving experience (desirable but not essential) and to be a team player. The successful applicant must be reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious and be comfortable working in a very busy, fast-moving environment. The hours of work for this role are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 4.45pm (including 2 x 30 minutes breaks). The starting salary is 26K per annum depending on experience and reviewed once the 3-month probationary period has been successfully completed. Plus, upon successful completion eligibility for a discretional monthly bonus and a petrol allowance. Pension and staff discount. Free parking.
