Our client in Thame is looking for an Equipment Service Manager to join their team. The company provides water treatment equipment to the NHS and other key industries Responsibilities of the Equipment Service Manager are to ensure a team of 6 field service engineers and 4 office-based service coordinators perform efficiently and effectively. Seek and share learning and continuous improvement with team. Design, develop and implement new service scheduling software package. Continuous improvement and growth of after sales services. Maintain customer relationships and improve response. Manage contract proposal, negotiation, and renewal activity. Create and present regular reports to senior management. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in an electro-mechanical environment, have good technical knowledge and supervisory or management experience. Working hours are 8.30 - 5pm and salary is 45-55K plus company car.
