My company based in Chalgrove is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their small but busy team. The Customer Service Assistant main duties will be order processing, invoicing, filing, answering calls and actioning emails. Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure their customers orders are despatched as required. Supporting the sales team to ensure our customers receive an excellent service. The role will progress to include other duties as the team work together to ensure the continuation of workflow and service levels during colleagues holidays and absences. To be successful in the Customer Service Assistant role you will have good communication skills both verbal and written. Good general IT skills. Experience of Salesforce, Sage, Teams and Outlook is desirable but not essential. Reliability is a must. Own transport is necessary due to location. Working hours for this Customer Service Assistant role are 9 - 5.30 Monday to Thursday, with a 4.30 finish on Fridays. Salary 23-26K depending on experience.
