My Thame based company is looking to employ a Part- Time Service Delivery Coordinator - Spares and Repairs. The main purpose of the Part- Time Service Delivery Coordinator - Spares and Repairs role is to provide key administrative support in a thriving customer service delivery department. The key purpose of the Part- Time Service Delivery Coordinator - Spares and Repairs role is working alongside the Returns Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure customers receive quotations for repairs and spares promptly, and that quotations are managed to point of order. The role requires daily liaison with external customers, manufacturers repair centres and our in-house technical/repairs team to ensure internal processes are followed to meet our service level targets for all customer returned hardware repair. You will establish strong internal working relationships with colleagues across all departments within the business. The successful Part- Time Service Delivery Coordinator - Spares and Repairs applicant will be an enthusiastic, organised and customer focused individual to maintain an exceptional customer experience. Working hours are flexible. Salary Pro rata 20-23K.
