Reception Administrator
Our client in Thame is looking for someone to be an ambassador for the company. You will be required to answer and transfer incoming calls and greet visitors. Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email. Open and distribute post and manage items for couriers. Manage office diary and parking, organise and monitor sample requests. Monitor stock levels of consumables and stationery and order when required. Check contracts, scan contracts and raise queries. Help to organize travel, accommodation, meetings and events. Assist the finance and administration teams with any additional duties required. Fire duties - weekly checks of fire exits, fire extinguishers, signage, lighting and alarm. Monitoring and maintaining the First Aid box, ordering new items when required. Any other duties required by internal departments. Working Hours are 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday. Salary 20-23K depending on experience.
