My client based in Thame are looking for a Payroll Administrator. This is a contract role until the end of October 22. You will be responsible for all the inputting and processing for a section of the total monthly payroll, to include sickness absence entry and company sick pay entitlements along with employee changes to include hours, roles etc. You will also answer phone calls, deal with employee e-mails and queries, directing messages where appropriate. Completing written correspondence as required. Provide advice and guidance to divisional administrators on payroll processes and completion of relevant forms. Comply with the Data Protection Act and ensure that confidentiality of all personal information is always maintained. Manage and prioritise workload to ensure strict deadlines are adhered to. To be successful in this Payroll Administrator role you will have accuracy and strong attention to detail. Be a confident communicator and enjoy working in a busy environment. Have good IT skills in include Excel and Outlook. Have a minimum of 3 years relevant payroll processing experience. Working hours are 9 - 5pm Monday to Friday. Competitive salary.
