An exciting opportunity exists for a Administrator to join my Thame based client. This pivotal role involves supporting the busy sales office with all administrative and customer support duties. Key responsibilities will include: answering the phone to customers and clients dealing with requests and problems; taking, and inputting orders; and collating EPOS information for customers using Microsoft Excel. This role involves a lot of spreadsheet use, it is therefore essential that candidates have a good working knowledge of Excel, and general IT literacy. You must also have outstanding customer service with a good telephone manner and a positive attitude and manner. My client is offering a salary between 18 - 20K depending on experience, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
