Logistics and Administration Coordinator - Near Thame - 20K to 24K Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you a well organised administrator who enjoys a varied role? Then this may be just what you are looking for! My client based just outside Thame is seeking a Logistics and Administration Coordinator to join their busy team. You will be working alongside the management team and assist in several different aspects of the business. As a Logistics and Administration Coordinator, your job role will include: The logistical coordination of projects from arrival to final delivery point; Liaising with suppliers to ensure the correct export documentation is in place; Coordinating deliveries; Assisting the procurement team in their daily activities; Supporting the finance team with some of their administration tasks. The successful Logistics and Administration Coordinator will have: A minimum of GCSE Maths and English Grade C, but ideally A level educated; IT literate and happy using MS Office; Outgoing and amenable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Numerate with great attention to detail. Salary 20K to 24K dependent on skills and experience. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Free parking and fresh fruit daily. Working hours; 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch, although an earlier start and finish is possible.
