Customer Support Consultant - Haddenham - 18K to 23K My Haddenham based client is seeking a Customer Support consultant to join their busy team, primarily supporting financial advisors. Your role will include taking calls and emails from customers, ensuring software, data and training issues are recorded, investigated and resolved in a professional manner. The successful Customer Support Consultant will have a fantastic telephone manner and great email writing skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer support. You will have previous experience of telephone and email customer support and great attention to detail. You will be provided with full training, but it is essential that you have the ability to learn new software applications quickly and are able to explain them to others clearly. A high level of IT literacy and good problem-solving skills are vital. Previous experience in a software support role is highly desirable. Any previous experience of knowledge of the financial services industry would be advantageous but a keenness to learn is essential! Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch. Salary 18K to 23K dependent on skills, knowledge and experience, plus generous benefits. Customer Support Consultant
