Project Administrator. My client is looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic, and well-motivated individual to join their busy office in Aylesbury on a full-time (37.5 hours), or part time basis of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position. The company is a small, dynamic and highly successful technology services company, with an international client base. The job is busy,for providing excellent administrative support to project teams in the UK and China. This will include: Preparation and submission of documents, Tracking project status, and ensuring deadlines are met, Maintaining procedure documents, ensuring they remain up to date and accurate, Assisting the Senior Office Administrator with ad-hoc tasks and holiday cover, such as: Keeping the office and kitchen organised and tidy, Ordering and managing stationery and office supplies, Arranging translations, General office duties (answering phone, preparing and posting letters, sending faxes, filing etc.). An ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.
