Sales Executive - Thame - 24K to 27K OTE Are you a confident, driven Sales Executive? Do you relish the challenge of "going the extra mile" to achieve your sales quota? If so, this could be the role for you! My Thame based client is seeking a positive, assured Sales Executive who is hungry to earn commission. As a Sales Executive you will: Make outbound calls to customers who have generated quotes on an online portal, converting these into successful sales of products and services; Answer questions about product specifications and pricing; Take incoming calls to discuss services and process sales. The successful Sales Executive candidate will also: Plan approaches and pitches; Work with the team to develop proposals; Handle objections and resolve differences; Brand Ambassador; Submit activity and results reports. Do you fit the bill? The successful Sales Executive will have: Previous sales experience ideally - although training will be provided; Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone; Fantastic team player; Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; Confident telephone manner; Good computer skills - MS Office; Grade C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English preferred. This role is full time - 38.33 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, plus excellent benefits. Competitive salary of 18K to 21K dependent on experience with a performance incentive and OTE of 24K to 27K. Optional weekend and Bank Holiday overtime.
