My client based in Marlow is seeking a Research Analyst to join their successful global organisation. As a Research Analyst you will be working with Senior Consultants on International assignments, identifying target companies and actively seeking candidates within them and building shortlists. This will also include internet research, phone mapping, and making candidate approach calls. The role is both varied and interesting. You will be working as part of a team, so should be personable, team oriented with a desire to develop and contribute to research at the forefront of this important and expanding market. Knowledge of Computer Software and Information Technology are not required, although an interest would definitely be an advantage, and even better if this is a market you have genuine interest within and knowledge and experience of either on an academic or from a career perspective. The ideal Research Analyst will be: Highly intelligent - possibly a bright graduate - who is above the norm in terms of acumen, focus, curiosity and degree results; Proven research skills as well as great proficiency with regarding the use of IT, systems and the internet; Efficient and organised in terms of managing their work and commercially astute; A real "people" person with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; Highly articulate and personable and able to communicate at all levels. Strong research ability is key, as is attention to detail and great accuracy; this may suit someone a recent graduate or someone with a few years work experience, with a minimum 2.1 degree, who is seeking a venture into a new career. You will be sharp, with a highly curious mind and have a personal wish to learn more. In return you will be offered comprehensive training which will give you exposure to emerging technology companies. You will also be trained on state of the art research methodologies. The company is set within a beautiful, but rural location, for this reason employees will require their own transport, it is not accessible by public transport alone. Research Analyst - Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Holiday - 20 days rising with service plus Bank Holidays. Salary 20K to 28K dependent on skills and experience. Research Analyst
