Junior ICT Support Desk Technician - Thame - 16K to 18K My Thame based client is seeking a Junior ICT Support Desk Technician to join their busy team. You will be the first point of contact for all ICT incidents and services and will ensure that enquiries are answered and resolved in an efficient customer focused manner. Your role as a Junior ICT Support Desk Technician will include: Logging and tracking support calls and escalating complex calls; Taking ownership of calls through to resolution; Proactively dealing with user issues; Providing a high degree of customer service for all queries; Configuring and deploying mobile devices for new and existing project team members; Participating in office moves and changes, including the relocation of PCs and monitors; Co-ordinating 3rd party hardware repairs and maintenance where problems cannot be resolved in house; General administrative duties. The successful Junior ICT Support Desk Technician will have: Excellent customer service skills; Great communication skills both verbal and written; An enthusiastic attitude towards ICT technologies; A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail; Good people skills and can work successfully in a small team environment. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. 25 days holiday rising with length of service. Salary 16K to 18K dependent on skills and experience plus performance related bonus.
