Part Time Sales Administrator - Aylesbury - c18K My Aylesbury based client has an opening for a part time Sales Administrator. The role will be for approximately 30 hours per week. As a part time Sales Administrator your role will include: Receiving invoices from suppliers, scanning and saving them; Checking prices and quantities against orders and delivery notes; Liaising with contract managers; Dealing with queries, price and quantity discrepancies with suppliers; Entering invoices onto the inhouse system. The successful Sales Administrator will be: Computer literate; Extremely numerate; Pays very close attention to detail; Accurate and methodical; Good communication skills. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm, although there may be some flexibility on this. 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays. Salary c.18K. Sales Administrator
