My Thame based client is looking for a professional Sales Account Manager to join their busy and successful team. The key objective of the Sales Account Manager role is to meet sales and profit targets as agreed in the Annual business plan. As Sales Account Manager your duties will include: Researching new markets and customers; Developing a sales plan for targeting and for developing a pipeline; Ensure the availability of stock to meet customer orders; Negotiate terms with customers; Presenting compelling quotes and proposals, following up on these quotes and closing the deal; Accurately process customer sales orders; Coordinate meetings with prospective customers; Remain up to date with Digital Marketing and Social Media and its application to B2B sales. The ideal Sales Account Manager candidate will be: Self-motivated, with a strong desire to exceed and earn extra commission. Confident and professional customer service skills with the ability to promote products. Familiar with CRM systems and sales management reporting; Able to work to deadlines; Good planning, organising and time management skills; Able to adapt and handle rapid change. An attractive package is available 22K - 26K depending on previous skills and experience. On target earnings are in the region of 38K - 43K however commission is uncapped. Holiday - 25 days plus 4 company days plus Bank Holidays. Sales Account Manager
