My Haddenham based client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator. They are looking for someone who is punctual and pro-active, and who has the ability to ensure that commitments to customers are achieved. They require someone with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include: Management of customer orders via their in-house system; Maintaining the customer database; Providing information to customers; Co-ordination of internal activity in relation to customer support; Preparation of weekly/monthly customer reports. There will also be general administrative duties, and you may occasionally be required to cover for the Dispatch department. Ideally you will have a basic knowledge of Word and Excel. Customer Service Administrator - Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch, and an early finish on Friday. Holiday entitlement is 25 days and the salary is negotiable plus additional excellent benefits. Customer Service Administrator
