First Line Support Executive - Oxford - 24K to 28K. My Oxford based client is seeking a First Line Support Executive in a newly created role, where you will be providing first line support for customers from the UK to West Coast USA. As a First Line Support Executive you will have the following duties: First line support, troubleshooting and triaging support calls from customers by phone, email,ssues and escalating if necessary; Keeping customers updated on escalated issues; Manage the call tracking application; Develop a knowledge base for use internally and by customers to resolve common issues. The ideal First Line Support Executive will have: A proven background in providing excellent customer service; Strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve, think on your feet and work effectively as part of a team; Technically literate with previous CRM experience; Exceptional attention to detail; Proactive and tenacious approach to work; Flexibility in work tasks and hours. You will be provided with all the necessary information, guidance and training needed to troubleshoot technical issues and proactively support customers. Working Hours: You will be contracted to work a 40 hour week between the hours of 8am and 1am as part of a job share with one other employee. Salary 24K to 28K dependent on skills and experience. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. First Line Support Executive
