Junior Technical Support - CAD Applications - Thame - 18K to 22K. Are you looking to get into the IT industry? You may be looking for your next step in IT or looking to move away from a typical desktop support role and move into a dedicated Applications Support role. If so, this may be the role for you. This is an office based role delivering first line technical support, solving technical problems over the phone and using remote dial-in sessions. You will be supporting multiple CAD software products across various industry sectors. The successful Junior Technical Support may have IT qualifications or experience but will certainly have a keen interest in IT and software. The ideal Junior Technical Support will have: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; A positive attitude and outgoing personality with the confidence to present ideas and solutions to customers; Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines; Excellent problem solving skills and ability to research and analyse issues that cannot be resolved immediately; Ability to use and demonstrate CAD design software would be a distinct advantage. Full training will be given to the successful candidate. Junior Technical Support - working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with the occasional requirement to work additional hours. 25 days holiday - with an additional 3 days at Christmas after one years service - plus Bank Holidays.
