My Thame based client has an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Administrator to join their busy team and provide an excellent customer service. The successful Call Centre Administrator candidate will be liaising with Housing Associations and Tenants, taking phone calls, diagnosing repairs, making appointments and scheduling workloads for operatives. You will be monitoring the status and progress of work orders and managing the work diaries. Your aim will be to prioritise emergencies and schedule efficiently in order to drive productivity. The ideal Call Centre Administrator will have: An excellent telephone manner; Warm and friendly personality with the ability to connect with people; Excellent time management and organisational skills; Fantastic attention to detail with the ability to work with minimum supervision; A great team player. You will have good Excel experience along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume, rapidly changing environment. Call Centre Administrator - working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Salary dependent on skills and experience. Call Centre Administrator
