My multi award winning client based in Thame has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proven Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal Sales Account Manager will be target driven, competitive, motivated to drive results, and have great interpersonal skills. Sales Account Manager - Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to obtain new business; Building rapport with new and existing clients; Setting targets for sales and providing support to continually improve relationships; Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new services and products; Arranging meetings between clients and the field team; Maintaining a CRM diary system; Planning approaches and pitches, and developing appropriate proposals within the team; Submitting activity and results reports,ing objections to ensure a positive conclusion. The successful Sales Account Manager candidate will have: Ability to work and excel in a target driven environment; Previous sales experience is preferred, although training will be provided; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Confident telephone manner; Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone; Experience in working as part of a team and individually; Highly motivated and results orientated; Good computer skills, ideally Microsoft Office; C grade or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English preferred. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, working hours are: 08:50-17:30. Holiday - 23 days plus Bank Holidays. Salary 21K to 23K dependent on skills and experience with OTE of 27K to 32K. Workplace pension scheme after 3 months service. Company social events. Optional Weekend and Bank Holiday overtime. Sales Account Manager
