My client based in Thame is seeking a New Business Manager to join their busy team. You will be responsible for winning new SME business customers through direct selling. This is an office-based role but when appropriate you will meet face to face with customers. New Business Manager - Your role will include: Winning new corporate accounts and closing deals; Maintaining accurate rolling sales pipelines and forecasts and reporting them; Qualifying and converting inbound leads; Supporting targeted new business activity; Develop a pipeline of target SME accounts via multiple lead sources, utilising market and industry intelligence; Working with the Business Development Manager and Account Management team to align new propositions and account handovers; Participating in industry events; Building strong internal stakeholder relationships. The successful New Business Manager will be: A self-starter who is able to proactively drive corporate account sales; Experience in B2B sales with a track record of new business acquisition; Effective selling skills; Excellent communications and relationship building skills; Ambitious and driven with a hunger for account wins; Results driven, self-motivated, flexible and resilient. New Business Manager - Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Salary - basic 25K with OTE 31K. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
